3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Knockout is strictly for users aged 18 and above. You must confirm that you meet this age requirement at the time of registration.

At any time, knockout may request one of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (for initial verification)

Knockout reserves the right to hold withdrawals or large transactions until identity verification is complete. If any information provided is found to be false, your account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on knockout can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Key deposit rules are outlined below:

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — all deposits must be sent from your own mobile banking account.

5Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings from knockout, the following conditions must be met:

• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — the applicable wagering requirement must be completed first.

7Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — so review your bet carefully before placing it.
• If your connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• If a match is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Knockout's data provider records are considered final for determining results.
• Knockout reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will stand and the bet remains active.

Knockout reserves the right to set betting limits. If unusual betting patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for review.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Participating in match-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
• Using knockout's logo, brand, or content without authorization.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Knockout reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or impersonating another identity.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.
• Court order or government directive.
• Security threat or cyber attack.

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded (if verified as legitimate).

10Responsible Gaming
